GOLD Member, Keep getting asked to "Join Xbox Live Gold"

I have a 12 month sub to GOLD but every time I sign in online or wherever it keeps asking me to join XBOX LIVE GOLD. It's getting annoying.

Wait so you get 2 free games every month even if you stop paying for Gold??

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

Sales no longer showing up from xbox.com home page

I used to be able to click "xbox games" or "xbox marketplace" and the first thing that would show up would be sales and/or the deal of the week. These can NO LONGER be found anywhere from the drop down menus. I click Xbox 360, Games, and Xbox Live Gold
and no sales are showing up. In fact when I click Xbox Live Gold it says "Join Xbox Live Gold" and yet I'm logged in with my gold account and up top next to my gamertag it says "Gold Member". For me to find the page with the ultimate games sale I had to go
through GOOGLE (gasp!). Is this what we are supposed to do now to find xbox sales?

 

similar issue recently and just yesterday i got an email saying my Xbox live gold had been cancelled even though its just 2 months into a 12 month sub!

 

yeah, I try to do Battlefield 4 multiplayer and it keeps asking if i want to sign up for gold… i am 6months into a year left

 

Hello , the code on the 14- gold account some of limited duration . I can not use .

Got the same problem - renewed Gold just a month ago ( 7 year member ) and it worked as it always have until 2 days ago where I lost the ability to play online and started getting lots of ads about signing up for Gold..

So apperently my entire Gold membership is gone despite having paid ( was billed and got the usual conformation mails and so on )

Chat function doesn't work in my country, twitter support took 10 hours to tell me to try phone, phone wasn't available yersterday, nor now for that matter, heck I even tried on Facebook with no luck..

In short I have been trying since sunday to get some kind of support out of Microsoft in many ways now and all I have gotten out of that is advice to try one one of the other ways that isn't available for me in Denmark..

It's amazing that such a large company with so much revenue pays so little attention to their customers when they are in need of help, because the service we pay for isn't avaible to us

 

IanCeazar2006 - Already contacted Xbox Support. They said "Can't you just ignore it".... and also told me to just wait here on the forums for an answer.

Please do delete the account from your console and then reset your console (if you are using Xbox One, press the power button on the console for 15 seconds until it turns off then unplug the console from the power outlet for 10 seconds), then redownload
again your profile, if concern persist, you really need to contact Xbox Support so that they can assist you checking your account.

That's exactly where i went to get no help.... I'll give what you said a try, delete then re add the gamer tag.
