(Gold-member) Game Discounts

Dear xbox,

I saw the gold membership discount on the Metro Rdux Bundle and im ecstatic!!! I loved how enjoyable the Metro games were and I couldn't help but purchase the digital bundle on the xbox when I saw the discount this evening. It reminded me of another discount
you guys once offered several months ago for Dmc: Definitive Edition. I own dmc for another platform so I was hesitant about accepting the offer for it at the time and missed that boat sadly. I'm also sure you may have a few other game discounts planned for
the up coming months which is fine, but I just want to take the time to write about how good of a game it is and how incredible it was for you gentlemen to offer it discounted once.

&that if I ever saw it discount again I wouldnt miss the opportunity to purchase it again. I think that if more people gave the game a chance, they may have the same thoughts as me also, and increase the games ratings! I think if anything its just a shame
its still so unheard of at this point. Nevertheless I didnt want to give my feedback to support or have disregarded, and even though its my first post I hope that some day a discount for it retuns. Even if that day is months away, ill be waiting and I don't
think it deserves to become forgotten. I also don't know who to sendfeedback to :$

Little discount on this for gold members at present... Why did I leave this game until now?! It starts great!

 

Just lost 9.99 due to "Gold Exclusive Price" tag bug

I PURCHASED gold to get the discount, but after spending the 9.99 on gold to become a gold member (let me stress this one more time), which made me a gold member who is entitled to the gold member discounts, the discount would not apply.

Then I opened a support ticket, and not 30 seconds after telling the representative what game I was trying to purchase, the "Gold exclusive price" tag disappeared, and it was no longer on sale. Then I was told "It must be a bug with your browser" by the
representative.
