Gold Member--Borderlands 2 shows to be a free gold game but its asking for $19.95 at checkout

I didn't get that but I have the dlc disc and it's saying I still need to pay for it

As Borderlands 1&2 were Xbox 360 games offered via Games with Gold, they usually are yours to keep "forever", regardless of your Gold status.

So if the game doesn't show up under Ready to Install, make sure that you are actually signed in with the account that originally got the games back then as Games with Gold.

If you use(d) multiple accounts, use the account that "bought" the game for free during the Games with Gold offer during March 2016 for Borderlands, and March 2017 for Borderlands 2.

no it is not your not a gold member (swgzll4 is showing up as a silver member) once you are a gold member you will be able to get the game for free.

I was able to download the free with gold game. Unable to download Borderlands 2 with MSP.

Download wont even start for me. It is this month's free game with gold. It is the 16th here. Wont let me start the download. Keeps asking for credit card even though it says free. I'm a gold member not sure what the problem is. Maybe to early? But
shows the game in the search engine and says free.
