Gold live code not working help? I tried using the contact ua

If it was not activated it would say that it was not activated.

Keep in mind that The following letters and numbers never appear in Xbox digital codes:
A, E, I,
L, O, S,
U, 0, 1, and
5.

So make sure that if you are looking at the code and see one of these characters they may be another character like you may think its an E but maybe its a B or it may look like a 0 but its actually a D these types of things can cause it to say that
the code is not found.

Also the codes are 25 characters long so make sure you didnt accidentally scratch to hard on the card and it took some of the code with it.

I redeemed a reward for 12 months of Xbox live gold and received a code but when I tried to use the code it would not work, saying it had already been used. I used the link in the email to contact support and got no answer until I tried doing so
a second time where I was told that it had been successfully applied to my account. Even though I was told it had been applied to my account, I can not find proof of that claim. It still says my gold has expired on every platform I check (online,app,etc).
I need either for it to show that I do have gold or for someone to give me a new code or apply gold to my account.

I hope when you file your UA with Xbox Support that support personnel do not insist blaming you for a lack of personal security with respect to your Windows Live ID/XBOX Live account. Contact XBOX Support via phone; file a UA. Hope and wait. Sorry for
