    Hello,

    My Live Gold account expired on 23 January 2015. I wanted to buy a new one for a month that day. I tried multiple times because I did not get any confirmation, the account WAS NOT active (I relogged and turned the console off), Yesterday I got an info
    from my bank account that I had been charged twice (29 PLN and 13 PLN (I had around 15 PLN on my Paypal account). I checked the paypal account and saw that I had been charged 4 times for 1 month of Live Gold account. I want to cancel the other payments as
    obviously I did not want to buy it that many times and I shouldn't be charged a few times for the same thing. I wrote to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** but I did not get any response, what I got was an invoice - 2183044243 a few hours later.
    Another thing is that, that I cannot dowload xbox 360 games through the Internet. (I have a Xbox one, I live in Poland). I have a regular Polish page but when it directs me to the xbox store it opens UK page were I suddenly have to add payment option (I
    have one already added) and the only countries available are UK countries. I cannot dowload Deus Ex, I cannot dowload Witcher 2.
    From what I managed to check from the Internet, I won't be able to dowload that with my Xbox one directly but I should be able to add to queue through my pc.

    Xbox live paid 4 times credit card 4 times charged and 4 times cancelled by microsoft.... I dont know what to do, my credit card was charged 4 times and 4 times my xbox live subscription was cancelled... I was thinking that my credit card was not being charged
    so every time that I've received the ms email telling me that the subscription was cancelled I've tried to bought again. But the 4 times was charged and the worst is that now I doesnt even have a subscription active!!!!!!!

    Please confirm here that both charges appear on the Microsoft account

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If they do, confirm that are for the same suscription as is possible that one was for Xbox live gold and the other one for Game pass standard

    If only one of the charges appears, and you don't have any other account that could have been charged, then the second charge will be automatically back on your account as the bank detects the duplicate charge

    To receive the one (1) free month of Xbox LIVE Gold membership I believe you must have a payment method linked to your account. This is because it will set up automatic renewal on your account, however, you can turn this off at any time to avoid being charged
    for another month of Gold membership.

    This should allow you to then receive the free membership; it did for my brother at least.

    It’s probably because of your account for example mine gold membership is due on the 3rd of the month but they will charge me on the 23rd of the month because that’s when my xbox profile was made. So basically they charge you on the day you opened the
    account not the day you bought the service.

    Complaint about the team of Enforcement at Xbox live

    Just to add,an email is always sent to the address linked to an account if it receives any enforcement action & as per the ToU/CoC you agreed to you are not entitled to a refund for any gold subscription time lost due to enforcement action on your account.
