Gold Lancer and Hammerburst Won’t Unlock

I have the golden lancer and hammerburst on gears of war 2 and to unlock them on gears of war 3 it’s says you must have them on gears of war 2 but it’s not unlocking

First week unlocks Golden Lancer and Hammerburst ONLY.

 

Bonus content for past achievements on gears

It was announced today that the Veteran Gear achievement would also unlock gold skins for all 5 weapons (hammerburst, lancer, retro lancer, gnasher, and sawed off).

Can you clarify further where you're seeing that they should be unlocked in Gears of War 3 if you have them in Gears of War 2? Would it be possible to link us to a page or reply with a screenshot of where you're seeing that indicated in-game?

1. When did you originally purchase Gears of War 2? Do you see that game listed in your
Xbox 360 Purchase History?

2. Can you also provide a screenshot of how those weapons appear for you in-game when you launch Gears of War 2?

3. Are you playing Gears of War 3 on an Xbox 360 console, or via backward compatibility on an Xbox One console?

4. If you're on an Xbox One console, can you check the add-ons for Gears of War 3 and let us know if you see any content listed under "Ready to Install" there? The guide to
