Request a Callback from one of our Xbox Support
Specialists and we would reach out. Unfortunately as stated before this is a known issue and a Service Alert at the moment so even they wouldn't have a resolution for this. We hope this helps!

Xbox Live Status page and selecting the Notify Me button. Give it a shot and keep an eye on the resolution of this inconvenient issue!

We understand that you just bought Xbox Live, but the console is not allowing you to use it.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the
console, reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

A lot of other people are also having this problem. Many people have tried a lot of different ways to fix it on their end, but it doesn't seem to be working (i.e. the problem is almost definitely on Microsoft's side)
