my gold account isn't working anymore... i dont understand, my auto-renew is ON and it said my next payment will be taken 17 feb 2018. I should still have my gold account. Please help!!!

Game is not working anymore

So I bought the game sometime ago and it was working fine. I did not use the game for sometime and when I did, after the update, it does not work anymore. At first it automatically crashed after the logo of the game, but now it sticks
at the logo once I open the game and does not start at all. tried uninstalling reinstalling but no use.

help please

Any active Gold subscription on your account applies to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360, provided you are logged into the consoles with the same account.

Verify your active subscriptions here:

Give your console a
power cycle as well, see if that helps things.

Hey, steven,

I tried that, and It still doesn't work. When I go to the games with gold tab tab, there is only like 24 games total that are available for me to download again. It's like those games don't exist and were never on gold anymore. Even games I'm 100% done
with, like We Were Here isn't on the list anymore for me to able to download. I can download this months games for gold. But not a specific set of other games that I did have on my games with gold list.

Klokkwork is correct trials are not considered gold membership anymore it use to but not anymore you should still be able to play online and join partys with your friends like you have gold but features like a free game for gold does not include in your
free trial gold membership
