Gold is about to expire

BUT ITS NOT! I logged on today and its saying my gold is about to expire but its good until March of next year. Dont know if this also plays into the problems im have with my system not recognizing the division disc. Deleted that and am reinstalling but
now NOTHING will load

Sometimes when the free gold is about to expire they sometimes give gold deals. Or at least they used to.

Getting a 'Your Gold is about to expire' message when it isn't

Hi,

When I switch on my Xbox One there is a message saying 'Your Gold is about to expire'. However my subscription is not due to expire until 28/03/2016-it even tells me this when I go to manage my subscription. Any explanations?

If you go into settings >> all settings >> account >> subscription, does it show the proper end date?

account management, such as subscription, shouldn't interfere with a disc game & you would want to follow the separate troubleshooting for that here:

yea it shows the correct end date. It just keeps saying i need to renew.

Sorry to hear you're having this issue. It is a glitch in the system that shows when you stack memberships. Do not worry though, once the actual date that your membership would have ended goes by the message will disappear.

Nevermind I figured out the issue and my gold expired, but instead of letting me know it is about to expire, it just let it happen and gave me an error message for my game instead of saying I need to renew gold.
