    i just renewed my gold for my Xbox one on the Microsoft store and i just want to know how long its going to take to get it because it still says i don't have gold and i still need to buy some

    im also gonna try and hold out to i hit lvl 50 hopefully will get lucky with the weapon drops and find some decent ones early on so im not tempted to use it. cant wait to take on terramorphus have a feeling it may need a full 4 man/woman team fully levelled
    with really good gear to take that beast down gold information ;)

    Hi there,

    usually it is almost instant, but sometimes there is a delay.

    There are a couple of things you can try to speed it up.

    1. Check account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscritpion is showing there, if it isn't make sure you are using the correct account

    2. Be sure to check that the account you used to redeem Gold is the same as the account on the console (Gamertag etc)

    3. Please try to restart the Xbox One console via Settings - System - Restart console

    3. Remove your profile, restart the console, redownload the profile.

    If that all fails, or the subscription doesn't show on the correct account, the best thing to do is contact Xbox Support (Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) via Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Because halo wasnt free in june

    If you watched the video you would know thst it was fable 3 in honor of e3

    The free for gold program started yesterday

    And no halo and assasins creed isnt free yet

    the video they didnt say when halo or ac2 would be free but they were a part of the program

    That can be anytime between now and november release of xbox one

    information you just supplied so that you can redeem the code.
