    Hi. I have gold and stuff and can play online but i want a free game. When I go on games for gold and go on a game it gives me to options. Buy and free with a price cut off. I click free and it brings me to the menu for free games with gold again and it
    does that every time. I have gold until december 24th 2016 so i have it registered and everything, when i try to go on xbox one on my pc and go get it it tells me I need to buy gold. But i do i can do everything a golden member can do.

    Games with gold help

    Usually on the Dashboard every month there will a featured box that shows the free games for the month. If it's not on the main page, it will be at the games section. If you still can't locate it then just do a search for it.

    You don't show as having gold here so you would need gold in order to play online. If you're sharing gold on the One, you may want to make sure the account that has the gold still has the console set as the Home console. If your account is supposed to have
    gold, you may want to verify your subscription at

    I would suggest to call support they can see why the transaction didn't work and in case you have some sorts of restriction on your account they can send it to Advocacy team for review.

    I see that we are correctly labeling you as a Gold member. Based on your post, it sounds like you may need clarification on how our program works. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/). These are special promotions that
    reward Credits for specific purchases.

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    Your Gold status does not entitle you to Credits. A Gold subscription just modifies your MyVIP payback to award double the normal rate of payback once you have a MyVIP star.

    The 1250 Credits offer is our First Time Purchase offer. This is for your first purchase using your Microsoft Account currency as the payment method. This would be using funds added to your Microsoft Account. Since you have not made a purchase with this

    Hi there,

    The Family Gold program for the 360 ended a couple years ago and all users who had the family gold plan were sent notifications that it was ending and that on August 27, 2013 all accounts would be converted to individual accounts with the full remaining
    membership term intact plus 3 months.

    If the parent account is set to auto-renew, it will renew as an individual gold membership, and all the subordinate accounts will need their own gold subscription.

    Do you recall when the Family Gold was originally purchased, or when the gold on your account was to end before it ended? With the info you have provided, it sounds like the Family Gold ran out and only the parent account auto renewed.

    If the gold ran out early on your account, you will have to contact support as they are the only ones that can handle billing issues.

    HELP WITH HOME GOLD

    Yes its possible. You dont actually make your account gold. Have your brother sign in on his account and then go to The a My Games and Apps tab. Find Settings and scroll down to Home Console. Make sure that the console is set as your brothers home console.
    Now when you go to play a game on your account you would be able to access MP without having to pay for a second subscription
