Gold games dont work and it keeps telling me to buy gold .

I bought a year subscription it should run out on the 5th of next month but i can play mp and watch netflix but if i try and play any of my gold games it sends me to buy xbox live and under subcriptions there is no info anymore just the option to buy gold
. That is messed because live is working if i can play the crew and titanfall and halo online but i cant play my gold games it just keeps saying to purchase it . This is getting out of hand now , it really is not worth buying this system just because its cheaper
now then the other because i have never had this or any major issues with the compitions console and what happened to live it was epic before now on the x1 it is horrible with issues every few days and once again looks like psn is way more stable these days
. Also i have contacted customer support twice and both times it was a joke and all i got for help was the live service is having issues the best you can do is just try again in a while it should be all sorted out by then LOL great support . 2 days later 3
support calls and same advice. Can you please fix this because as a owner of all the consoles it is fine i can go play my ps4 or pc but people who only have a x1 like my neice are getting the shaft and not getting any help at all on these issues.

Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

i purchased xbox live gold for 3 months yesterday and it worked perfectly right away. But when i woke up this morning and tryed it again it didn't work. It just keeps telling me to buy xbox gold live again...

 

This is my problem as well, was about to buy again!

can get into a games but when i want to match up online on fifa, says i need GOLD to do this

http://account.live.com ? Is it displayed correctly there? Have you already tried to delete and redownload your profile on your Xbox One?

 

This is the same crap I've been dealing with all weekend. This sucks because the weekend is the only time I can play online.

 

as i said it should be good for a while but i had to go buy a 3 month subscription and it started again , so i heard those loser lizard squad hit xbox i was wondering if they did somthing and xbox wont admit to it because i know it was good for a month longer
and yet it just vanished .
