Gold games do not work

I tried for a month to play games, but all games optain with gold, do not launch.

Some others completly disappear in my games, gold. Like black flag or brothers, and i don t know how many more...

Have you get any issue? I tried help issues but nothing works.

Did you tried to
Power Cycle or
Factory Reset your console? If not, you should give a try.

Have you tried removing your profile then reapplying it back.

Thank you for your help.

I m online, gold is activate to the 26th feb.

Games are installed on the xbox hdd and on an external hdd.

I did a reboot may be 1 month ago, because of explorer bugs.

In the store, the only option is 'play'.

It says when i tried to launch, i m not the owner of the games.

It works perfectly during 5 or 6 years, nothing change.

Some games disappeared, like brothers, black flag,... Uninstalled games but not show anymore in the gold list in my games.

Wanted totry the escapists and i saw that all gold games had the same problem.

games with gold games are free to download but if your gold membership expires they will not load and it will require you to re subscribe.
