    Not sure if anyone else out there encountered this but back in January I purchased 3 Months of Live during a promo that was going on in the Microsoft Store. The offer was "Purchase 3 Months and receive a code for a friend for 3 Months".

    I made my purchase on 1/29 but have yet to receive the code to my email (guessing that is where it will be sent).

    If anyone else has experienced this and had the issue resolved I'd appreciate the help. I guess my next step would be to talk to a virtual agent or email support directly but thought I'd see if anyone else has gone through or is going through this issue.

    The one thing I'm not sure of is if there is/was a delay for the code. I don't recall seeing any information stating it would be sent by a certain date.

    Thanks in advance to anyone who might have some insight!!

    It is a gamepass promo under the guise of a xbox live promo in the games with gold section being conducted by helloworld

    so not a xbox rewards promo
