    Gold failure


    I buyed the xbox live gold for 12 months and in my ccount appears that in 2019 its over but it doesn't let me play because it says that I don´t have gold

    I have to say I had failure then success, then failure then success With the Krogan on Gold. I blame the A button for that second failure though. Locking me to cover when I was trying to get away from the enemy.

    Hi

    Can you please try a full restart on your console by pressing and holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds then wait a few moments and switch your console back on. If this does not help can you please next try

    removing your account from the console     carry out another restart and then re install your account.

    I am having the same issue. In addition I am prompted to purchase a Gold membership when trying to invite friends to a party. Friends trying to invite me receive an error message.
