Gold Expiring but just topped up?

Dashboard says my Gold is expiring even though 2 days ago I bought a year, this happened to my son last week as well, his fixed itself after about 5 hours but mines been 2 days?

xbox live not working properly

i just topped 3 months on my xbox one live gold and it says i have gold but i cant play online. Also when i go on settings subscriptions it shows a warning sign next to where it say prepaid code.

Did not get topped alliance gold on AOE-Castle Siege.

In Age of Empires- Castle Siege, My alliance has topped in the League and 90 gold have been awarded to each alliance member. But I did not get the gold.. Please help...

http://commerce.microsoft.com. As long as it shows the new subscription you'll be finem For some people that message won't go away until the new sub starts.

not once have i gone to silver ive always kept my gold topped up and add new codes before old ones expire...

You can't stack a Prepaid Live Gold card on top of a trial. You will need to wait until the trial expires.

Unless there's an expiration date on the card, they really don't expire.

gold subscriptions do stack though so you could just add the card and it will just add onto the gold you already have. You can add up to 36 months of time that way.
