    Hello,

    Its almost a week ago my live ended i bought a six month gold card with a extra month free so basicly i bought seven months of gold.

    but the problem is my gold ended too early i only had it for like 5 and a half month!

    i didnt even received a pop-up on xbox that my gold would even end.



    hope to hear something back quick.

    My gold ended early

    SO I put in my gold yesterday and today it suddenly ended it was a 3 month code I've done everything log off restart Xbox everything I don't know what to do about it please help

    I got my XBOX LIVE on Feb 1st its now Feb 10 (same year) and my gold has just ended and i got it for one month i have no idea whats going on

    Support will check your gold, but it's too early to see credits pending for March purchases. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
