Gold Dust MyChallenge Question

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Gold Dust MyChallenge.

Per the FAQ:

"These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings
for the month."

Last month, I played two Games with Gold games for a total of >10 hours, will this count towards completion of the goal? I played ~4 hours of Back to the Future, and ~6 hours of Van Helsing, each while they were featured games, but
now, looking back at the challenge, it appears as though this will not qualify. Am I right that the challenge requires playing a single game for at least 10 hours?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

No Reward this month

Hi SupreemeeD. The two offers that involve game play is the FREEdom Rewards Free Ride offer and the Gold Dust MyChallenge. For the Gold Dust MyChallenge, you must play 10 hours of a Games with Gold title 3 months consecutively. We do not see this on your
account. For the Free Ride offer, you must play 5 hours of three different Free-to-Play games within the month. We do not see this either.

Question for challenge Gold Dust

Hi,

I have a question regarding the MyChallenge called "Gold Dust". Could clarify this challenge with more details? Does it mean I need to play only 1 title for 10 hours every month (3 month in a row), or I can play multiple Games with Gold titles 10 hours per
month (3 in a row)?

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum for support to clarify.

It does sound like you need to play 10 hours in 1 of the games in order for it to qualify.

Hi PrincessRoyer. Smwutches is correct. You did complete the Survey MyChallenge on February 11th, and Gems will be awarded soon. Challenges for membership will be awarded once the 6th month is completed. The Gold Dust MyChallenge will be awarded at the end

Since you did not play 10 hours or more of Games with Gold Titles in their featured period in February, you did not complete this offer. You played roughly 6.8 hours of Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India and roughly one hour in Split/Second. As stated on
the offer FAQ:

Games with Gold

These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings for the month.
Tracking for these MyChallenges will begin as of December 1, 2017.

The featured period for Split/Second was February 1-15. For example, as listed on MajorNelson (https://majornelson.com/2018/01/25/xbox-live-games-with-gold-for-february-2018/),
"On Xbox 360, starting February 1st, Split/Second ($19.99 ERP) will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through
February 15th."

Hi Shulamm. There is currently a delay in processing playtime for Free Ride. That will be updated by next week.

As for the Gold Dust MyChallenge, We logged in Marlow Briggs and Shadow Warrior, but since Back to the Future was available in December, it was registered as December gameplay instead of January. We are reconfiguring and will reprocess this and Back to the
Future gameplay will be recognized in January as well. Once this happens you should see that you've completed Gold Dust. Look for the change to process through in about a week. Thanks for your patience!
