    Gold doesn't work on xBox


    I have subscribed Gold Membership and it shows on online account but doesn't on xBox. I tried to load the profile few times but doesn't help.

    Any ideas?

    I'm sorry to see any Gold issues! It does appear that, according to
    your public profile    , you were able to play Rocket League yesterday; that game would require Gold to be able to play. Are you still having issues at this time, or are you good to go. Let me know if you're still having problems so that we can sort those out
    together.

    Gold doesn't work

    Hi,

    I've got a problem. I'm a gold member and my Xbox says that I'm a gold member until the 21/05/2018. However, I can't play online and I have a screen which shows me the opportunity to buy a gold subscription.

    Moreover, I have still the possibility to buy games with less extensive price as a gold member.

    What can I do?

    Hi there,

    please try to run a network test on the console, that usually also refreshes a few things.

    If that doesn't work be sure to check if the gamertag on the console is the same one as shown on xbox.com.

    My Xbox gold doesn't work

    Hi Stan,

    Under subscriptions, if the Xbox Live is active then try to remove and redownload the profile. If that does not help then try to power cycle the console by hold the power button for 10 seconds on the xbox itself (not the controller).

    Also check to make sure there was no past due balances as well:

    My Xbox gold doesn't work

    I've had this problem in the past, not being able to redeem codes. Check if xbox live services are having a problem in your region. Only way I know to check is going to xbox.com > scrolling to the bottom
    of the page and going to "Support" > Then in the top left there is "Xbox Live service is ????. See details >"

    Most of the time if it's on xbox's side waiting some time will be the only option. Hopefully this helps.
