gold difficulties

hi, i just redeemed a 24hr gold but i can't get any of games with gold . was something wrong with my code? it was succesful thogh

End of gold membership difficulties

So my gold membership for one year has ran out today. I have been trying to get the 33% percent deal online but the links never actualy let me purchase it. Mean while my xbox will not allow my profile to connect to xbox live even though I can on other profiles.
This prevents me from redeeming my profile too, which through my troubleshooting efforts was something they recomended through a pop up. Is this happening to anyone else?

Currently I have not been able to connect to xbox live from my profile. I even tried to recover my gamertag and that doesnt work because an error happens that says I cant connect to xbox live and I try again but it says that sign up service is not available
right now. This is even stranger because the other profiles on my console have no problem with xbox live.

I may just not be going throught the right process online but I have clicked a few links for it and never get to something that asks me to buy it, I just end up at a main screen. I did contact the call in support, walked them through my issues, and they
said it was going to be passed on to a higher "team".

 

You can't get gold with a trial of 24 hrs. To claim games with gold you need a paid membership

 

You can't get them with a 14 days gold trial either?

 

Trials don't change your account status to gold. You need a full, paid gold subscription in order to receive the games with gold games or deals with gold.
