    Please try carrying out a console hard reset by selecting the settings section in the guide on the and select the option to restart the console.

    Hopefully the tab should have returned when the console re starts.

    that should not be true if you are gold you will always be allowed to the gold deals and first crack at any deals gold members get.

    If so that would be why if you are using a trial it doesn't apply to deals for gold

    Those only give temporary multiplayer access

    No free games or discounted deals for gold games
