    I can't touch or effect the large gold coins i find in fortnite unlike the green ones. What are they for and how can i interact with them and what game ie solo, squads etc?

    If it isn't working with just collecting Gold Coins from looting around the city etc, then try going to the merchant and selling 50 gold coins worth of items and see if that works.
