    1.Hello, what happens is that on Friday I bought a 3 month gold card and today I wanted to use it and it made me an error to try later and then I go to the xbox page and try to exchange the code and it tells me that the card it is not activated
    I have the ticket of the purchase I hope and you can help me with my problem. Thank you

    With cards like that there are usually 2 codes, one for the gold and one for the skin. Check the card for a second code and that should be your gold code.

    I got mine from having the gold lancer in gears 1 from the dlc code, not sure if the codes still work but if you could find a gears 2 gold lancer code, it should unlock the gears 3 gold lancer
