    Gold code problem


    Hi,

    First, I don't know exactly if this is the place to post this as I'm really rusty with forums and really new with XBox one.

    So I bought a new xbox one s in the local store from my town, its an official store. I set up the console, redeem FIFA 17 which came with the console with a gold membership also. But when I redeem the membership, it says it has expire. What should I do? Is
    there any solution to this? The official store where I bought it has given me 3 (only 1 day now) if there are any problems.

    You will need to contact phone support to rectify this. Are you sure that you applied it to the correct account? You can go to Commerce.microsoft.com and log in with the account in question. Please verify you see your 12 month purchase there.

    Have you tried hard resetting your console?

    To do this, follow these steps:

    1) Turn off console and unplug everything. Keep the console off until the power brick's light is completely off.

    2) Plug the console back in and turn it on

    3) Connect back to Xbox Live
