GOLD Code doesn't work

I would like to know how do I get a hold of anyone that can make my code work? I bought the 12 months Gold card, and I waited until I was able to use my X-Box and make a new account. So, I've had it for a couple months and now it tells me it's not
active. Who can I talk to, to get this fixed? I'm a single mom of 5 kids, I can't be throwing $60 around like that.

If it says the code isn't yet active than that means the retailer you purchased it from didnt activate the code properly.

If that is the case you would need to go back to where you purchased it and have them activate it. Hopefully they will help though considering its been a couple of months.

code which has not yet been activated by the seller. You will need to contact the merchant who sold you this digital code and ask them to activate it."

your public profile, you were able to play Rocket League yesterday; that game would require Gold to be able to play. Are you still having issues at this time, or are you good to go. Let me know if you're still having problems so that we can sort those out

We understand the frustration but with a trial code, you may not be able to access online multiplayer in some games and we're afraid we cannot speculate on which titles. For example, EA titles typically require a Gold subscription
to access their online multiplayer servers.

Trial codes do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. Some codes will only work for the game they came with and they will not work with all games or all game modes.
