    Ok i made new outlook because i forgot my old outlook password. Than i didnt stay logged in on new Outlook account & didnt write the long strong password for my new outlook account right. By than i remembered my 1st account password. Was trying use 2nd
    Outlook for password reset for my 1st account. So day after I than bought a gold card 10 days ago i redeemed the card that day & it shows day expires in May but went to go play games Says need sign in with person whos account it is and we did with his first
    account it Shows online on my ipad he got it & expires but wont let him gameout but itll let

    him watch Youtube & Tubi.

    Was it an Xbox gift card or a prepaid gold card? Gift cards only add funds to your account, they don't add gold.

    Currency cannot be used to purchase a gold subscription. Gold can only be purchased with a credit card/paypal or by using a prepaid gold card.

    One month cards that look like a credit card are typically a full month of Gold. If it says one month Gold on it, it's full Gold.
