Gold card is not recognised by party chat.

Hey Anna,

Sorry your having issues, did you just buy and use the Xbox Live Card? If so you will need to log out of your account and back in. You should be good to go from there.

If not you might wanna try to power cycle your Xbox.

Press and hold the power button down for 10 seconds until the console power down. Unplug the power cable from the Xbox and wait 30 seconds. Plug the power cable back in and turn on the Xbox.

2. Then if you do, please remove and redownload your account:
http://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one And before you redownload it please turn off your console and unplug it for 30 seconds.

3. If that does not fix it please contact xbox support in a live chat to have them refresh your gold for you here:

Sometimes removing your account from the console and re adding it can sort gold issues. I would also recommend however you check that the code went through here Xbox

Are you designated as the Home Xbox account ? Have you tried power cycling the console to see if that refreshes the new info ?

48hour trials only function as a temporary multiplayer functions

no party chat or gold exclusives



48hour trials cannot be stacked meaning you must wait till the other card expires before using the new one
