Gold Card Don't work

I bought an xbox one gold membership, I registered the card, and it appeared that i already had the gold. But then i turned my Xbox of and on again, and there was the message saying that I didn't had the gold membership. I tried to put the code again, but
there was the message telling that the code was already used.

I really need help.

i enter the code it says that is wrong but it is activated

Visa Gift Cards don't work?

so recently I had gotten a 3rd prepaid visa from family and the other 2 vanilla visas worked fine but the 3rd(also registered) is just a visa gift card(uses gowallet) and I tried to put it as a 3rd payment option on my Xbox and it says it was declined so
I called the support number and they said that the visa gift card I was using had suspended transactions with Microsoft which doesn't really make sense so if anyone cause shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated

The 12+1 month cards will work. The trials they are referring to are things like 48 hour gold trials that don't actually make your account gold.

Actually most likely they were helpful

what you need to do is read the card

it isn't actually gold

Trial cards arent actually gold and only give temporary access to certain modes

If you are trying destiny ranked games don't work with that you need paid gold with only story mission working with trials or silver

Same with Games for gold you need actual gold

As long as it's a full gold subscription and not a trial card it will work. So yes, prepaid cards will work. The 1 month cards should be working to as you're showing gold.
