Gold Buy - NO download.

I have buy today in World of Tanks, two times Gold. And one of it is Failed.

The first is download ok:

Fail to buy colecction after crash internet and no gold returned

yesterday i buy sea collection 2 whit earned gold. the gold was taken and download started, but then lost internet conection. today open the game and show a message "the buy is not on the store", and no restore gold used to buy. lost gold and canot buy
colection again.

I buy squad pack resistence for COD Ghosts .. But i can't download .. I have this item in my purchase history.. What i need to do ?
