    My current problem is that I have a gold subscription, but when I go to play multiplayer games say that I do not have it and need to purchase it. This takes me to a purchasing screen. I have cleared my local cache, along with removing my profile from my
    Xbox and reloading.

    For help with the Rewards program, you'd need to post here -

    If you just purchased the gold, it does take longer for the Rewards servers to update. So it can take several days for the site to update when you make membership changes.

    Did you use a 48hour or 14 day subscription if so that is why

    It has limitations usually non ranked matches and only the games it came with

    It's not actual gold.but temporary multiplayer access

    No, I used a prepaid 3 month access card. It was working fine until yesterday.

    I'm having the same issue. I just redeemed my 6 month xbox live gold card and keeps telling me to purchase but in my settings it says I'm subscribed to my 6 month xbox live gold. Never had this problem before. need help.

    Same problem here with Battlefield 4 and Battlefield:Hardline.

    I've got the following message "You must have a Xbox Live Gold membership to acces online features" "Subscribe to Xbox Live Gold now?"

    I can play "The Crew" online without any issue.

    Using prepaid cart: Xbox live Gold till November 2nd 2018

    The removing profile trick from my xbox won't work here either.

    Please Microsoft, fix our problems!

    Because they are free with a gold membership at no extra cost. Yes you have to pay for gold but there is no increase in gold pricing thus the games are free...with gold. Games with Gold.

    You make the account with gold the other person home with the Xbox with no gold on it

    Account with gold add it to xbox without a gold account make gold account home on that xbox pretty much it they get games and gold on both accounts afterwards

    Not deals with gold its big joking this gold thing and I don't have gold the Microsoft stuff have to put all the sales without the gold sales
    But Deals with Gold is one of the many benefits of having a gold subscription.

    Non golds can get games when they go on sale every Tuesday but Gold subscribers get more offers.If you don't have gold then you miss out.They aren't going to take away one of the benefits of having a gold sub are they?

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one
