    I logged in to my Xbox one to play online with some friends and it said my gold membership expired, I tried to use a 14 day gold trial but it says I have gold.?!

    Hey Snip3r,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue not being able to download Battlefield 1 that came out as a Games with Gold today.

    Let's try starting off with a complete power cycle.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    If that doesn't work then we would need to make sure the payment was for your Gold subscription as you say only your Game Pass subscription is showing. I would suggest to look over your

    Order History     to make sure the Gold subscription was paid for. Also check the status of your Gold subscription by going to Settings>Account>Subscriptions.

    If you would like further help for this matter, I suggest to contact
    Xbox Support     and get connected to a billing agent.

    I hope the issue can get resolved!

    hi , I have a problem, I pay for "gold membership" and I'm able to download them , now all of a sudden I'm not able. I have 2 memberships with

    Microsoft ,

    1. GOLD

    2. GAMEPASS

    I went to download BF1 to day and its telling me I need to buy the game. I looked at my memberships and only the GAMEPASS is showing up ,

    I have already paid my GOLD subscription , I still have gold as I'm able to play all my games online .

    any help would be much appreciated.

    @eddy315west Jr sorry to hear that ! the reason this happens is because you've already tried out the service in the past , so when you use a trial code it will always say that you've redeemed it successfully but in the backend it deactivates the code since
    again "trial codes are for brand new account" that never used the service before

    so again I'm sorry that this is keeping you from playing online.

    Because they are free with a gold membership at no extra cost. Yes you have to pay for gold but there is no increase in gold pricing thus the games are free...with gold. Games with Gold.

    Account with gold add it to xbox without a gold account make gold account home on that xbox pretty much it they get games and gold on both accounts afterwards

    Not deals with gold its big joking this gold thing and I don't have gold the Microsoft stuff have to put all the sales without the gold sales
    But Deals with Gold is one of the many benefits of having a gold subscription.

    Non golds can get games when they go on sale every Tuesday but Gold subscribers get more offers.If you don't have gold then you miss out.They aren't going to take away one of the benefits of having a gold sub are they?
