    Have recently lost gold bars from Microsoft Jigsaw , had originally over 800,000 but game is now showing Minus 300,000 , does anyone know how to correct this and/or how do I download updates ?

    I have no other problems with the game , still have my collections and it's working ok apart from it occasionally locks up for a few minutes then releases

    To add to the other answers:

    Be aware that there is only room for 500 Gold bars.

    So if you have 490 Gold bars in your game already, and buy 25 Gold bars, you will have to spend some gold bars until you have 475 Gold bars left, so there is room for your 25 Gold bars again.

    Why can't I buy gold bars again?

    Yes you are able to purchase more gold bars however for a higher price than the special offers. Go into the actual xbox store and search "gold bars" several options for how many should appear.
