Gold and Password Problem

Someone is resetting my password somehow (I've had to change reset it twice from this) and on the second time, they used it to buy a year of gold. Any way to undo the transaction?

Forgotten security Parents password

Please help, we have forgotten the password for the xbox live gold parent permission security password.

we cant find anywhere that shows us how to fix this problem properly.

EC: 80048821 After beta update I get a password error signing in.

yes - i have a family gold membership and can sign in with my son's profiles no problem

I don't know my wife's password so can't test hers but it is asking me to input email address and password as with my own.

In order to prevent other people from resetting your password, please also harden your account security after you dealt with the refund.

Please go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and sign into your account.

If necessary, please change the password again to something secure, that other people can't easily guess.

For example, instead of thinking of a password, think of a sentence, like "No one should get into my account! I am changing the password!"

Then take the first letter from every word include punctuation, and you get "Nosgima!Iactp!"

This is a 14 letter password, that looks random, and is very hard to guess.

Then, scroll down on that page a bit, and enable Two Step Verification, and set up the free Authenticator App on your smartphone.

With Two Step Verification and your smartphone app, every time you (or a hacker) tries to sign in on a new device, they are asked for a code that only your smartphone authenticator app can provide.

In order to hack into your account, a hacker would also have to physically steal your phone.

And finally, if you have family members that are able to get into your account stored on your family's console,

use the instructions here to prevent unauthorized purchases on your account.

Have you been able to sign on to your console or is this the first time you are signing in? Ensure that the MSA that is tied to your Gamertag is the one you are using to connect on your console. Can you provide us the actual error message?
