    I just bought a 12 Month XboxLiveGold subscription a month ago.

    I was playing online until today any game let me play online anymore, I repeat its a 12 month subscription and I cant play online. Does anyone know the reason? I am really frustrated right now. I need an answer.

    No. Gold is required to play online and that game is an online only game.

    No. That game is an online only game and in order to play online a gold subscription is required.

    Gold and no online

    My son has a gold membership as well. He can play only but games like Roblox will not let him play multiplayer. My Daughter has gold as well but she can all security settings are the same as well.

    I own a game that I previously played through XB1 Game Pass. Now the system will not let me play without it.

    You need Gold to play online in that game. Free-to-play games such as Fortnite and Rocket League no longer require a Gold subscription to play online, but paid games require Gold to play online. It's also mentioned in the game's description when it requires Gold.

    Gold is needed to play online. So you'd need either Gold or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Gold) to be able to play online.

    Since the game is an online game, it required Gold in order to play it. Gold is required to play online.

    Gold is required to play online. So you would either need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Gold) in order to play online.
