Gold Account

Hi, I bought an XBOX One 2 Days ago to move from Playstation 4 to XBOX because a lot of my friends have XBOX. But first the Cable was dirty and it seems the box already was open. There was also no headset in the box (even the text on the box said it is one
in the box), so i had to buy another 50 Euro Headset Now it seems the 14 Day Gold pass is not working after 2 Days anymore... Im really disappointed about all the problems at the start ...

Gold on 360 and One

An existing Gold account will work on the X1 and 360 simultaneously, but you have never been able to assign an account's Gold status to another account. An account is either Gold or it isn't.

I think the family Gold on the X1 is a bit misleading, because the way I read the description on the X1 doesn't make it sound any different to how licenses work on the 360, i.e. one license to the account and one to the console. I don't think the new guest account feature grants access to multiplayer matches or content either.

When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game

If the package was incomplete then why not return it to where you bought it from & get an exchange?

 

Exactly. It sounds to me like you purchased a used console. If you meant to buy new then return it to the retailer for an exchange (open the box there to make sure everything is wrapped properly). If you meant to buy used then unfortunately there's nothing
that can be done about that.

 

The way of 3 hours is to far for me to change it. Its ok now, i have another headset. I think the headset is there, where the people put the fifa 16 game code into the box. It was a bundle... but my main question is, why my Gold Account is not working anymore
after 2 Days? It was a 14 Days Code. I have now a new code for 3 month. If they also cancel it after one or two days i switch back to PS4. But i dont want, because my friends all have xbox. but without gold i cant play with them online.

 

I'm not sure why the trial ended early. You can double check how much time it was for at commerce.microsoft.com. If anything happens to your Gold membership call phone support and they'll sort it for you. If you live in North America the number is 800-469-9269.

If you have other people in your house you can add them to your family from the Setting menu and when your gamertag is set as the Home console tag they'll share the

Gold there.
