    I am having a problem with gold. It is I have gold and it shows I bought it I can even get the games with gold from the store but it does not let me play any games needing gold. Some sending me to the store to buy it where the store says I have it or others
    just saying I can't because I don't have gold.

    Gold on 360 and One

    An existing Gold account will work on the X1 and 360 simultaneously, but you have never been able to assign an account's Gold status to another account. An account is either Gold or it isn't.

    I think the family Gold on the X1 is a bit misleading, because the way I read the description on the X1 doesn't make it sound any different to how licenses work on the 360, i.e. one license to the account and one to the console. I don't think the new guest account feature grants access to multiplayer matches or content either.

    Hi there

    If i purchase a game at a reduced rate because i have a gold account
    When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
    I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game

    gold account

    Try powercycling the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.

    If that doesn't work, remove the profile from your console and redownload it again.

    My problem is now fixed. I was able to get in contact with an xbox support agent and it is all good now.

    You make the account with gold the other person home with the Xbox with no gold on it

    Account with gold add it to xbox without a gold account make gold account home on that xbox pretty much it they get games and gold on both accounts afterwards

    a Trial Gold account is still a Gold account. So a Trial gold account will be able to do anything a normal Gold account account can, including the Battlefield 4 Beta.

    As long as the account that has gold selects that console as the home console all other accounts will have gold. If your gold account is on a console that is not the home console, then your gold account will need to be signed in so the other accounts can

    It's essentially the same, let me try to explain.

    You need 1 gold account for every 2 consoles.

    Let's say you have 4 consoles. With 4 accounts. You make 2 gold accounts, and 2 home gold consoles with those accounts. The gold accounts play on the non gold consoles and they get their benefits because they are gold members. The 2 non gold accounts play
    on the home gold consoles and get the benefits because it's a gold console.

    What Gold features are you trying to use with the account?

    Be aware, that only Multiplayer and Party chat will work. You will NOT be able to get the Gold discounts or free Games with Gold on the non-Gold account, even if the console shares the Gold of the gold-owning account.
