    Gold account redeem code problem


    I have bought a 12 month-xbox live gold redeem code.

    And i typed that code in XBOX console, but it didn't work well.

    So i tried another time but not worked.

    I have retarted the console, and changed the region, but nothing happened.....

    I also tried xbox.com internet web site....but it didn't work either.

    Only says,

    I cannot search what's the problem is...
    Please Fix this problem.

    Xbox One code redeemed on wrong account

    I redeemed a game code that I received when I purchased Assassins Creed: Origins Deluxe edition on my wrong account and I'm wondering if there's a way I can redeem it again (with proof of purchase of game and code of course).

    Problem with GOLD code

    Hi, I have a problem with gold code. Two days ago I bought new Xbox one S with fifa 17, FH 3, 2x3 months GOLD and 1 month EA Access from Saturn in Poland. The main problem is that I can't redeem my gold code to my account. When I'm trying to redeem codes
    it doesn't work and below the redeem code space is written (translated from polish) "Refer to the instructions supplied with the code. You may need to implement it on another website."

    Are you sure you redeemed to the right account? You redeemed a game pass code but it was only gold code? Was it supposed to be a 3 months of Gold?

    YES, Simply redeem the code on the card.

    That's it. No need for new accounts. Just redeem the gold membership code on the account you use.

    Go to Redeem Codes in xbox.com while signed into the account you want to use. I just did it, and my dad is the primary on our Gold Family account. It worked no problem.

    I was signed in on my friend XBOX. He just bring home new code card for GOLD and without checking - redeem code in XBOX. Unfortunately it was not his account. Problem is that I personally don't own XBOX so this GOLD in is just wasted.

    I had exactly the same problem yesterday when trying to redeem a code for XBL Gold.

    When trying to redeem through the store on my console I too was getting the `Something went wrong` message, so I logged in to my Microsoft account on my PC and tried it that way, the code was accepted no problems.
