    Gold account not receiving credits for trove.


    I have xbox gold, my gamertag is . I play trove everyday. I have read the post the FAQ's page at rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/#=Trove. I do quilify. It has been 92 hours. When I follow the discription to claim my coins, it relinks me back
    to same page. It asks that I download the game. When I click that it says I own it already. Help please?

    Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours (four days) to receive and process information, as outlined in the FAQ for this offer. We see that there is a redemption link for your tokens for Trove. This link is available on the Trove section of the FREEdom
    Rewards page (Xbox Live Rewards).

    When I posted this message. I kept receiving a cannot post at this time try again later message. Now looking, it posted the same message 4 or 5 times and I cannot delete or edit any of the posts.

    My rewards are not working

    It takes 96 hours for purchases and activity to update on the website so 2 days is far too soon. Subsequently, you need to complete promotions or make eligible purchases to be rewarded. Also, Trove and Gems of War are the only eligible
    titles to earn rewards for playing. however you do not receive reward credits, but rather in-game currency for Trove and Sweepstakes entries for Gems of War.
