Ich kann eine fällige zahlung für mein gold abo nicht zahlen. In den kontoeinstellungen steht das eine zahlung fällig ist und daraufhin habe ich 20 euro aufgeladen doch es funktioniert nicht

Mir wurden 19.99 vom konto abgezogen aber in meiner kontoeinstellung ist die zahlung noch fällig?! Lol

In der meldung steht sobald ich eine zahlung getätigt habe ist das abonnement wieder aktiv also muss es bald wieder aktiv sein.

Bedenke, dass wenn Du das Abo erneut aktivierst, dann auch nochmal eine Zahlung für das Abo fällig ist. Die Zahlung jetzt war erstmal "nur" um Deine Schulden zu bezahlen.

Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, wurde der betrag abgebucht um die fällige zahlung zu begleichen. Also muss ich es nun nurnoch aktivieren oder passiert das im laufe der zeit auch von allein?
