Gold-Abo funktioniert nicht

Guten Tag,

ich wollte heute mein Gold-Abo erneuern, damit ich weiterhin online spielen kann. Ich habe den Code für 3 Monate Gold eingegeben, welchen ich vor einigen Wochen gekauft habe, doch bin immer noch in der Lage, online zu spielen. Ich bitte um Hilfe, da ich
nicht weiter weiß, was ich noch tun kann, damit ich das Problem lösen kann.

please double check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subcription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile
