    I just recently re-purchased an xbox one, and upon recovering my gamer tag it told me I was eligible for a free 30 trial of xbox live gold, that all I needed to do was add a payment method.

    I had already had an old card number associated with my gamertag and I ended up clicking on it instead of add new card. It proceeded to tell me that my payment method was expired and just continued recovering my tag without asking for another card..

    I was just wondering if there was a way to get that offer up again so I can add my correct payment info and get the 30 day trial? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I got the offer to come up originally by hitting "no thanks" when I recovered my tag
    and got offered the 1 3 and yr subscriptions.

    I created a new account on xbox recently but I didn't get gold membership, I created a account for myself and my brother, it says 29 days remaining but I cant join party's with online friends, I cant also play 4od because it says I need to upgrade to gold
    membership. please help.

    perhaps because of being a trial account, I believe that if you purchase a gold account you will not have this problem, hope it helps.

    Hi Glory,

    Unfortunately offers seen during the sign-up process are one-time offers and there's no way to "force" them to reappear.

    There's also a small chance you'll see future adverts on the dashboard tiles for free trials, or reduced-rate memberships, but those are random and there's no way of determining when, or even if they ever would, appear.

    Sorry this isn't going to be the answer you want to hear, but I hope it helps clarify.

    There is one problem itzikker96...

    The trial only count for accounts created in new consoles...(and in limit of 3, created a new one in your console and in the end refuse gold and use the option of silver that gives you one month, but one advice YOU CAN´T acess all multi players sections
    of all games, because some publishers like Capcom blocks even in trial, they acept only gold signatures ).

    Simple in Brazilian Live forum, we have a similar problem and we discovered that; accounts created by website, allways begin whif 3 stars of reputation and accounts created by console have allways in begin 5 stars of reputation.

    Hey there Itzlllker96, This could be a problem with the account info. I suggest that you try the following:
    1. Delete your profile (profile only, NOT profile and all items)
    2. Re-download your profile
