The Xbox enforcement team has their own hidden agenda . Anything you say to a child message or mic or without mic you can still be reported. Realistically unfair and Xbox will LOSE customers.

You do realize that a hidden agenda is hidden right?

Maybe you should try reading the code of conduct

You can be reported all you want it won't make a difference if you use common sense

You curse regardless of the game you will get punished

I'm sure FearJackBauer67 doesn't mean that Xbox is actually "hiding" their agenda. They really can't when they suspend and ban people with no **** legitimate REASON OR ANSWER!

Then - of course - they have no contact phone number!!?? ****!!

Also - PlayStation is not more strict. NEVER had a problem with them. Xbox Enforcement is just a bunch of pansies sitting behind something suspending and banning accounts without giving a full REASON!

I'll say their agenda is to keep HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of dollars from hard working people!!

Yeah coming across as threatening is always a way to get a response from them. As others have been told, there is no access to Enforcement through these forums. Period.

Guess you can't actually read the whole story...I AM NOT the one banned because I don't play the stupid **** systems. It's just MY money that gets spent on them for my boys.

My son got banned because of some little **** kid that is trolling him.

Know the whole story first.

Nice to see you acting like a grown **** woman! Thanks for proving my point about why people or their kids get banned. Since you never actually posted any story it would be impossible to read the whole story first. All you posted was a rant about Enforcement,

Customer service told you what they did to get you off the phone. They can't help with suspensions and no one in these forums can either.

I'll stand by my original post, though I'm sure you must be a GREAT mom and your kid or kids follow right in your footsteps.

You don't get banned for nothing. You are being banned for behavior in game. If you are being banned in a particular game then the game developer is responsible (Forza?) for what happens on their servers and not MS.

PlayStation has the same rules and in some cases even harsher, for instance a total account ban for an offensive gametag, MS just assigns a random one, up to a point. Anyway have fun and good luck.

Good luck on that as multiple threads can be deleted and your son's stays banned if he won't change his attitude online. Try to teach him the Code of Conduct of using Xbox for him to man up and also learn the Terms of Service of Xbox so you'll know where you
stand.

I love when people come in here and in one paragraph make it apparent why THEY have issues with the service and get banned repeatedly and permanently.

You can't just do what you want while playing or using the service without those actions having consequences. Change your behavior and don't whine about being banned for nothing. No one except people who act the same way believe it. It's a myth. You are
right though Enforcement does have an agenda, to ban and punish people who won't follow the rules. Play nice, have fun and no one will get in trouble.
