Going online again

Hello Christian,

Thanks for coming to the forums. Any games you have purchased digitally or installed from disc are yours and you wont lose. If you had any games with gold and no longer have a subscription. you wont be able to play them games until you get a subscription
again.

did you try go offline then go online again in network settings under the gear then try downloading it again.

Try this:

Go offline, wait for a few minutes then go online again.

try installing it offline.

After that, go online again.

Go to network settings and after that go offline. Restart your console, go online again.
