    Going on day 4 of no access to Xbox Live


    This is my first time owning an Xbox and I gotta complain... My "free trial" Gold membership that came with my purchase of a New Xbox one X expired on 1/1/18. I've now gone 4 days without being able to give them more money to access
    Xbox Live with this latest service issue. I'm a PS fanboy at heart but decided to give Xbox a go since the one X has better hardware... So far, two weeks into it it's been a major disappointment with in-game freezes, sound cutting in and out and now this very
    aggravating issue which has rendered my new $500 Xbox useless with no info on when services will be restored! What a disappointing experience so far.... Shame.

    Not Receive GOW 4 Beta Code

    Hello, I purchased GOW UE on PC and also Console this year and I have yet to receive GOW 4 Beta code via xbox message.

    I check message via xbox.com and there is no message from xbox live regarding the code drop.

    Today is the last day (Thursday) to receive code for early access.

    Not seeing special offers on the Marketplace

    The Xbox Live Ultimate Game Sale is what's currently going on, and you can see all of the deals here:

    Other than that and the Windows Phone Red Stripe deals, I don't believe there are any other current Marketplace offers.

    Collection 4 problem

    This is the official solution (by activision forum):

    If you've downloaded DLC Collection 4 and cannot access Modern Warfare 3, please follow these steps:

    From the Xbox LIVE Dashboard, go to Settings and select System

    Select Storage

    Select Hard Drive

    Select Games and Apps

    Select Modern Warfare 3

    Find and select "Collection 4: Final Assault Marketplace Content"

    Select Delete

    Launch Modern Warfare 3 and you should now be able to access the Collection 4 content

    This will delete a key that is required to download DLC Collection 4, but will not delete the content. The key can be re-downloaded from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace if you need to re-download all of the DLC Collection 4 content at a later date.

    It would also be best then if A: it was announced somewhere (the Xbox Live Service Status said nothing about connectivity for the 360) , and B: you extend people's Live accounts with as many days as we are going without access to this PAID SERVICE.
