Going on 2 years and Xbox is still stealing money from me.

I have been back and forth with BBB on getting my money back that Microsoft continues to take from me. I have screenshots that prove they continue to take money out of my account and have been for well over 6 months that I have told them not to. Microsoft
said they dont give refunds when I finally got ahold of them, and they told me they would give me 2 free months of service after admitting they were in the wrong. Then guess what....not only did they charge me $14.99 both months they said were free, they shut
off my service after their said two months and I was still paying for it. I have given them my card number that is being charged, I have proven the charges with screenshots, I gave them every account that has ever signed into my Xbox. and after all that, they
said they took off reoccurring charges from my account. LOL I am STILL getting charged as early as last week and I dont have Xbox Live anymore. This is as criminal as it gets. I am now demanding a refund of EVERY month that I was charged and told them not
to. There were about 4 or 5 months were two or three different cards were being charged for the same subscription. This is HORRIBLE customer service. They have even lied to BBB and said that they fixed my problem and im not being charged anymore. Well I gave
BBB screenshots that proved Microsoft was lying and now for over a month NEITHER ONE will contact me. I have noticed MANY MANY MANY people are dealing with this same issue.

Someone please start a class action suit against these criminals. I could care less if I get my money back that Microsoft has stolen, I just wanna stop being charged and nothing I have done will stop it. Someone please help if you have advice. We are talking
hundreds of dollars microsoft has now taken without my permission.
