    Im going mad!

    I don't have BO2 and just recently purchased the DLC 4 and sure enough I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the first dlc and I had no issues, plenty of people playing despite the fact that BO2 has been released. Clearly the DLC 4 content is messed
    up. How do you undo the DLC? Thanks.

    Im going mad!

    It seems that Activision *** up, its their fault this is happening, only problem is they don't care, they closed their phone support, chat is offline, their actions are saying we have your money *** YOU, WE DON"T CARE. On their site, they will suggest doing
    this or doing that, but none of it work to fix the problem, not much one can do except don't buy their next game.

    There are many Companies that stand behind their product, Activision is NOT one of them, their attitude is, TOO BAD, SORRY, WE CAN"T HELP YOU", well we, ( the ones who lost our money on your *** DLC) can no longer support YOU.

    Personally, this is the last Activision game I buy, I will NOT support ANY company that treat its costumers like they don't matter. BY THE WAY, IF YOU TOLERATE THIS, YOU PROPIGATE THIS!!!! Get pissed and voice your opinion.

    My opinion; *** YOU Activision, NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Hi there,

    you can change the gamerpicture via the xbox consoles.

    Via the 360 go to Settings, Profile, Edit Profile, Gamer Picture.

    Or try : live.xbox.com/AvatarEditor (You will need to have silverlight installed and supported)

    i tried the link nw..and still nothing..i changed my gamer pick on xbox before and i did it nw as well still my pic stays the same...

    Your image shows your avatar now, while it did show a image of a cartoonish monkey's head earlier.

    So I'm assuming that you managed to change it

    As far as I know that should be the same one. Please try clearing cookies/cache etc on your browser.

    The one on the top right is an Xbox One gamerpic. The only way you can change it is if you have a One. If you don't have a One, you will just be given a default gamerpic.
