Gods and Monsters Rental Code

I received a rental code for Justice League Gods and Monsters because of a purchase of the Arkham Night Premium Bundle. the code never worked. After a second conversation with support staff, the first one told me to contact the publisher who never responded,
I was told to post here. The support staffer told me to tell you that "we've exhausted all the possible fix before it has expired and contacted Xbox Chat support twice for you to catch their attention." I can provide you with both case numbers if it is necessary.

Promo code won't work

I received a promo code for justice league gods and monsters, and when I try to redeem it. It gives me an error message to please try again later. I

 

The terrible future of online pass in games

What about the rental market...like i said before Gamestop is not the only monster here...gamers that rent every game new, beat it and never bought it are also the monsters IMHO. So the practice will be worst and the same if they join forces just to end
with the used market but let the rental working the same. The only thing that will end with the onl pass but %^%$& more the gamers is the DD.

When you contacted support, what was the result when they checked the code? Was it active or invalid?
