    Jeesus - ****? Why the **** can't you fix bingo for once and for all? I've seriously had enough of the constant problems with connection. Several times I've lost rewards, coins and tickets to your scam of a game. You always tell us you're fixing it,
    but somehow, despite the people who pay to play this piece of crap you somehow manage to let it go to **** every month or two. I think you need to give everyone a bunch of free coins and powerups or something to make up for your inadequacy. Seriously, grow
    up and do your damn jobs!!!!

    Hey SnippetyCrown12! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Check out the Casual Games FAQ for some basic troubleshooting steps and Error
    Codes & How to Fix Your Game     for some additional steps. If you could, please provide the following information as well:

    • Region:
    • Device:
    • Mobile (Y/N):
    • Operating System:
    • Wired or wireless connection:
    Additionally if you could please upload a DXDiag file to a file hosting service like
    OneDrive, that will greatly help us in sorting out what may be going on. Steps can be found

    here     (Note: one DXDiag is run, you will get the file by selecting "Save All Information"). Thanks!
