Goat simulator mutators

My son has 42 out of 85 achievements unlocked and plays this game all the time. He logged in today and most of his unlocked mutators are showing up as locked again as if he never completes them. We are logged in on the account he got the achievements on. We've restarted the console. We don't know what to do to get the mutators back that he's already had for years.

Hi JohnnyP459, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

Just a friendly reminder though that in-game issues it is handled by the game support but no worries as I will be helping you still. For cases like this what we initially need to do is quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. "

The flappy goat achievement in Goat Simulator. That achievement made me want to turn my xbox into spare parts.
