    Go West Mission, Step 1,2,3 completed, 4th not rewarded


    Hi,

    I was told by @XboxLiveRewards I should write into this forum form to ask for help.

    Go West Mission; I completed step 1, 2 & 3 and got the rewards for those steps.

    I am missing the last reward tho, which I should get when I completed step 1, 2 & 3.

    Help Me Please, I completed all the steps but the system is not tracking my achievements

    Hi, I'm for this Month mission I purchased 2 Movies and 1 game (Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain), so the first step (Hit the Trail) unlocked successfully, I purchased avatar items so I unlocked step 2 (Stop by an Outpost) succesfully.

    Then I completed 7 achievements in Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain but after 10 days it still shows 0% in the step 3 (Ford the River), thats the only step I need to be completed in order to complete this month mission (Go West)

    Please help us, Me an another gamers already completed the mission but the system is not tracking our progress.

    I will leave here proofs of my progress.

    I have the mission stuck on 80% of level 3. I have unlocked a lot of achievents since I bought the game. Is everything ok? Thank you.

    Hello SaschaAM,

    Since it takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity, your completions of the offer last month were only recently processed and awarded. This is mentioned in the FAQ for the offer. Our system then needed time to process the awarding of all three parts
    of the offer to complete the bonus. We see those Credits are all pending in your account.

    Avatar purchases do not go towards level 1. They are a separate level:

    • Level 2: Stop by an Outpost - Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $2 before tax on Western-themed avatar items from the Microsoft Store.
    As stated in the FAQ, Hit The Trail is only for Games and Video purchases:

    • Level 1: Hit the Trail (UNLOCKS LEVEL 3) - Earn 4,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $30 before tax on eligible games like Red Dead Redemption, Call of Juarez Gunslinger, and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain; and Western-themed movies and TV shows
      like 3:10 to Yuma, True Grit, Westworld, Deadwood, and Longmire from the Microsoft Store.

    Since The Long Dark met the requirements to complete the offer, this purchase alone completed the offer, and Fe did not go towards the Go West Rewards offer. In order to complete the achievements part of the offer, you will need five achievements from The

    Thank you for the detailed report. We apologize for the inconvenience. There was an issue with achievements that was recently resolved. We see that the Credits for that part of the offer are now pending in your account. You should see the bonus completion
    Credits shortly, after our system has time to process the completion of this achievement part of the offer. This should only take an additional 24-48 hours.
